Everyone in Louisiana peels their crawfish differently. We can all agree that there is no standard method to getting that juicy crawfish tail meat out of this freshwater crustacean’s shell.
But there is one sure fire way of removing the crawfish’s vein (or as us Louisianans call it, the poop line) from the body. So in this 30 second video we show you how to quickly devein a boiled crawfish before you pull the head from the tail.
