Restaurant Week Baton Rouge is back! Eat your heart out July 29-August 3

A week filled with dozens of Baton Rouge restaurants serving three-course meals for crazy discounted prices is back! Dive into the city’s Restaurant Week July 29 – August 3.

Courtesy of DIG Baton Rouge

DIG Baton Rouge puts on the week-long food frenzy with the help of Baton Rouge Airport. This year, WAFB is proud to partner with these foodies, too.

Besides giving you the opportunity to eat your way through the Capitol City, the event is also giving back to the community. For every food photo tagged #eatBR on Instagram during Restaurant Week, $2 will be donated to the Greater Baton Rouge Food Bank. The event’s organizers will donate up to $5000. So, don’t feel guilty about Gramming your aesthetic food shots that week. The more you post and tag, the more money is donated!

Is one of your favorite spots joining the party this summer?

Honestly, if you’ve never been to any of these restaurants before, Restaurant Week might be a good time to branch out your tastes. With discounted meals, you can try something new without breaking the bank.

To take advantage of the deals, step into any of the listed restaurants and ask, “May I see the Restaurant Week menu, please?”

It’s that easy. There are no tickets required to participate. Just ask to see the week’s special menu and you can save money on some tasty dishes. But, you may want to call ahead and make reservations. These places expect to book up, according to DIG.
