We can’t get enough of fried chicken here in the south, especially in New Orleans.
That’s why there’s no surprise that fast food restaurant, Raising Cane’s, scored a “Best Chicken Tenders” award among fast food chains.
According to Thrillist’s first fast food awards show, “The Fasties,” Raising Cane’s chicken tenders reign supreme. Ranked on their tenderness, breading, seasoning and overall deliciousness, Raising Cane’s chicken tenders were awarded first place among every major fast food chicken tender.
The fast food chain also recognized Cane’s for its dipping sauce — ranking third in the “Best Dipping Sauce” category.
“Our ONE LOVE is quality chicken finger meals,” Raising Cane’s Founder, Owner & CEO Todd Graves said. “A lot of passion and hard work goes into serving our customers, our crew and our communities, so it’s an honor to receive this national recognition from Thrillist.”
Come on, who can deny their premium white meat chicken tenderloins marinated, hand-battered and cooked to order? The menu is also known for its secret Cane’s Sauce, crinkle-cut fries, coleslaw, Texas toast, freshly brewed sweet tea and fresh-squeezed lemonade. Wow, doesn’t that sound yum?
Raising Cane’s is known for its commitment to active community involvement, centered on its six areas of focus: education, feeding the hungry, pet welfare, business development and entrepreneurship and active lifestyles.
But if you really follow the tasty chicken spot, then you know that every year for St. Patrick’s Day, the restaurant offers a green colored lemonade to celebrate. The restaurant says the green lemonade is available until March 22 at Cane’s.
