On any typical Louisiana weekend crawfish is one of the top things served.
Just an hour west of Baton Rouge sits thousands of acres of farmland that is used for everything from corn to crawfish. And Four Oaks Farms in Morganza, Louisiana has been doing just a little bit of everything since 1982, but it wasn't until the mid 1990's that they started planting and harvesting the Louisiana delicacy we know as crawfish.
So, we went to check out what makes their crawfish yield so spectacular every year!
