New COOLinary Dining Deals to Try This August

August kicks off the month-long Coolinary dining experience offering prix-fixe lunch and dinner menus at some of the city’s top restaurants.
The dining promotion presents a great opportunity to help foodies catch a great deal on pricey fine dining options. The deals consist of dinner menus for $39 or less. Brunch and lunch options run lower in cost. More than 90 restaurants are participating in Coolinary month this year.
Here are some of the city's newest restaurants that are taking part in this promotion.

DTB (Down the Bayou)

Lula Restaurant Distillery

The South’s first restaurant-distillery joins the Coolinary club this year with a lunch and dinner menu. The menu consists of marinated crab claws, pan sauteed gulf fish and a dessert. Public Service

The flagship restaurant at the new NOPSI hotel has joined the Coolinary crowd with both a lunch and dinner option. Tsunami Sushi

The Lafayette-based sushi restaurant recently opened up a New Orleans location inside Pan American Live Center in the Central Business District. If you haven’t tried it yet, now is your chance.  The deal offers a three-course dinner menu consisting of gyoza, five pieces of Chef’s choice sushi and a petite filet with a mushroom demi-glace all for $39.
