Hosting a million people at your house and cleaning up after them can be stressful, and on a holiday about giving thanks and feeding family, being stressed out is the worst. Don’t worry though, we’ve complied a list of restaurants open on Thanksgiving Day 2019 in the Baton Rouge area.
Now, just because you’re eating out doesn’t mean you should wait until the last minute. All of these restaurants recommend making reservations now. Space will fill up, much like your tummies will after Turkey Day feasting. So plan ahead and call with questions and reservations.

BRQ Seafood and Barbeque
BRQ is serving a Thanksgiving-inspired, three-course menu. The meal includes salad, and a turkey platter with sides and dessert. Enjoy it for $34 per person. They will be open 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Reservations are recommended. Google Maps | (225) 372-2674
Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse
Expect a three-course meal that includes salad, turkey with sides, like the classic mashed potatoes and green beans. Don’t forget to make room for dessert. Dine in for $45 per person. The newest addition to the downtown Baton Rouge restaurant scene will be serving brunch on Thanksgiving Day for $39 per person. Kids 12 and under eat for free. The restaurant’s menu is based around the flavors of Baton Rouge and utilizes fresh, local produce and organic ingredients that offer “inspired twists on classic Southern dishes and drinks.” Brunch will be served from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Reservations are required. Stab’s Prime Steak and Seafood
You can’t go wrong with a traditional Thanksgiving meal on Turkey Day. The official menu is not released yet, though. Stab’s will be open from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Reservations are required.

Stinky’s Fish Camp Seafood & Wine Bar
Nothing says a feast like a buffet. Pick from a Thanksgiving buffet with turkey, honey-glazed ham, and smoked salmon. Start off with the salad station or go straight for the variety of sides, like gumbo, mashed potatoes, and dressing with gravy. The dessert station is probably calling your name. Just imagine every pie possible, plus bread pudding and an ice cream sundae bar. Pricing varies by age:

Join the steakhouse on Thanksgiving Day from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. for a special prix-fixe holiday feast for $42 per person (kids eat for $20 each). Not in the mood for turkey? Not a problem. Texas de Brazil
