With Valentine's Day around the corner, don't forget about Galentine's Day as well! There are plenty of events happening in the Baton Rouge area for you and your friends to enjoy.
Sunday, Feb. 10th: Valentine's Day Bouquets w/Bubbles and Blooms
Bubbles + Blooms Botanical Bar will be hosting an afternoon of flower arrangements and fun! It will be held Sunday at the Crown: A Royal Bistro. You’ll learn design tips and tricks of the floral trade while creating a gorgeous arrangement that’s perfect for Valentine’s Day. Food and drinks from the Crown Bistro will be available as well. Tickets start at $65.
Tuesday, Feb. 12th: Tea and Chocolate Pairings
Red Stick Spice Co. will be hosting a special class for Valentine’s Day at 6 PM on Tuesday. It will follow the exploration of tea and dark, milk and white chocolate. You’ll taste teas alongside a variety of chocolates and desserts. You’ll learn about water temperature, steep time and the tools needed to steep the perfect cup of tea.
There will be 10+ teas to taste.

Dark Chocolate Pots de Creme

Tuesday, Feb. 12th: Galentine's Day at FW Gallery
FW Gallery will be hosting their own Galentine’s Day event! It will be Tuesday at 6 PM. Participants will be able to make Valentine’s cards & take pictures alongside some great local businesses. BR Succulent Co will also be there doing a mini succulent potting bar as well as a skincare and body care bar. Food and wine are complimentary. Tickets start at $25.
Wednesday, Feb. 13th: Valentine Arrangement Workshop
Bubbles + Blooms Botanical Bar will be in The Annex at White Star Market on Wednesday for an evening of seasonal flower arranging fun. It’ll be from 6:30-8:30 PM with tickets starting at $67. You’ll learn design tips and tricks of the floral trade while creating a gorgeous arrangement that’s perfect for Valentine’s Day!
Wednesday, Feb. 13th: PPG Galentine's Social
Power Pump Girls will be hosting a Galentine’s Day event at Provisions on Perkins at 6:30 PM. Your ticket covers entry, food, & champagne. There will be giveaways and PPG Galentine’s activities. Tickets are $30.
