The Home Builders Association of Greater Baton Rouge is kicking off its Parade of Homes event on Saturday, April 24. The two weekend event, spanning from April 24 – 25 and May 1 – 2 , will showcase designs from local builders and designers.
“Whether you’re a first-time buyer, looking for an elegant mansion, building your dream home, or looking for inspiration, you definitely won’t leave disappointed,” said Karen Zito, president and CEO of HBA. “Our 41 builders and developers offer something for everyone with homes valued between $200,000 – 1,250,000.”
The event will feature different Baton Rouge neighborhoods and educate visitors on important home building tips. Each home will implement COVID-19 safety precautions to provide a safe experience.
General admission tickets to the 2021 Parade of Homes are $10 for adults and children over 12. The event will run from 1 p.m. – 5 p.m each Saturday and Sunday.
The event is also offering tickets for an exclusive “dine in your dream home” experience. For $100, you will have access to a Tastemakers Tour on April 23, from 6 – 9 p.m. The tickets will include transportation, wine and spirits and hor d’oerves from local chefs. (UPDATE – SOLD OUT)
