2018 Baton Rouge & Surrounding Areas Mardi Gras Parade Schedule

Get ready for Carnival season!

Friday, Feb 9th: Krewe of Adonis

7 PM, Morgan City

The parade will begin at the intersection of Brashear Avenue and Federal Avenue, near MD Shannon School turning onto Onstead Street and continuing down Sixth Street to Marguerite Street, Ninth Street/Hwy.70, Brashear onto Victor II Blvd and ending at the Morgan City Auditorium on Myrtle St.

Friday, Feb 9th: Krewe of Southdowns

The Krewe of Southdowns hits the streets Friday night! They will be rolling rain or shine starting at Glasgow Middle School starting at 7 PM. This year’s theme for the night parade is The Renaissance. The Krewe of Southdowns was also the first family-friendly night Mardi Gras Parade in the city.

Saturday, Feb. 10th: The Krewe of Dionysus

2 PM, Berwick

It will begin on Gilmore Street, proceeding to John, Robichaux and Mount streets before returning to Gilmore.

Saturday, Feb 10th: Spanish Town Parade

One of the most anticipated and unique day parades in Baton Rouge hit the streets Saturday in downtown. The Spanish Town Parade will be rolling starting at noon on Spanish Town Road. This year they will be extending their route- adding a loop up Main Street to North 9th and back to 4th Street on Laurel.

Sunday, Feb 11: The Krewe of Good Friends of the Oaks

1 p.m. in downtown Port Allen.

The parade will run rain or shine. In the event of turbulent weather (thunderstorm/high winds), they may push back start time. They advise parade goers check their Facebook page for updates.

Sunday, Feb. 11th: Krewe of Galatea

2 PM, Morgan City

The parade route will begin on Second Street under the LA 182 Bridge proceeding north to Onstead Street, Sixth Street, Marguerite Street, Hwy. 70/Ninth Street, Clothilde and Victor II Boulevard, ending at the Municipal Auditorium on Myrtle Street.

Monday, Feb 12th: Krewe of Amani

2 PM, Patterson

The parade will begin at Patterson High School on Hwy. 182/Main Street and continues down Hwy. 182/Main St. to the Place Norman Shopping Center on Hwy. 182/Main Street.

Monday, Feb 12: Krewe of Comogo

The Krewe of Comogo parade has been from Sunday night in Plaquemine to Monday, 7pm due to weather concerns.

Tuesday, Feb 13th: Franklin Mardi Gras Parade

1 PM, Franklin

This parade will begin at Franklin Senior High School on Main Street. It travels east on Main Street, making a U-turn and then continues onto Willow Street. The parade then turns right onto Third Street, disbanding at the end of Third Street.

Tuesday, Feb 13th: Siracusaville Mardi Gras parade

2 PM, Siracusaville

Begins on Siracusa Road to James Street to Grace Street, ending at Siracusa Recreation Park.

Tuesday, Feb. 13th: Krewe of Hephaestus

St. Mary Parish

Begins on the corner of Sixth and Sycamore streets, it proceeds south on Sixth Street to Marguerite Street, to Ninth Street/Hwy. 70, to Clothilde and Victor II Boulevard, ending at the Morgan City Municipal Auditorium on Myrtle Street.

Cypremort Point Mardi Gras: Cancelled

The Cypremort Point Mardi Gras has been cancelled due to weather concerns. It was scheduled to roll Sunday, Feb 10.

The Baldwin Mardi Gras parade: Cancelled

The Baldwin Mardi Gras parade has been cancelled due to weather concerns. They were scheduled to roll Saturday, Feb 10th.
