American Idol winner Laine Hardy starts national tour in Denham Springs, Sept. 28

The 19-year-old is soaking as much home-life as possible before he kicks off his first national tour.

After winning American Idol in 2019, Laine Hardy returns home to Livingston. Next, he prepares to depart on his first national tour. The first stop? His homecoming bash in Denham Springs on Saturday, Sept. 28.

WAFB’s Kiran Chawla sat down with Hardy at his family’s water front property. She got a closer look at the teenager’s home comforts — in bare feet and all.

Now, I can’t guarantee Hardy will perform on stage in his bare feet. But, you can still follow the Elvis-loving musician on his first national tour.

As for new music, Hardy is excited to put on new tunes for his fans. But, he is taking his time. He wants the songs he writes to really match who he is.
