BATON ROUGE, La. (THE LOUISIANA WEEKEND) - The cookie brand known for selling hot, fresh cookies all day and even late nights, Insomnia Cookies, is opening its first store in Hammond, Louisiana in the Hammond Crossroads shopping center. This is the brand’s third store in Louisiana. To celebrate, Insomnia Cookies is hosting a Grand Opening celebration on Saturday, June 24, 2023.
