Go anywhere in Louisiana, and you will meet someone who will tell you how many pounds of crawfish they can eat. Today, we will show you how to boil crawfish. We visited Cajun Cowboy Kitchen and spoke with the BR cowboy, Kendell King who gave us so many tips on boiling crawfish. Here’s some quick and easy steps to boiling crawfish.
Step 1: You must start with live crawfish. Wash live crawfish in cold water.

Step 4: After boiling, let your crawfish soak in the pot for at least 20 minutes.
