BATON ROUGE, La. (THE LOUISIANA WEEKEND) - The Spelman College Glee Club is coming to Baton Rouge for the first stop on their Spring Concert Tour. The concert is March 11, 2023 at 5:00pm at Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church located at 185 Eddie Robinson, Sr. Drive in Baton Rouge.
The concert is free and open to the public. The Baton Rouge chapter of the National Alumnae Association of Spelman College is hosting the concert. They are accepting donations to continue to make the concerts free. The donations will be directed towards the Glee Club’s lodging and meals. The Alumnae Chapter also uses donations to give scholarships to Spelman college students annually.
