This year’s theme is Written In The Stars, which is named after the current exhibit. The gala will include live music, food, and libations. Artists will also be on site painting during the event. Perhaps the most interesting aspect of this gala is the descendants of the luminaries featured in the exhibit will also attend the gala. That will give guests the opportunity to mingle with the descendants to learn even more about the famous Louisianans.
Written In The Stars exhibit highlights famous people from Louisiana who have made major contributions to the state and the world. These luminaries are categorized by their zodiac sign. This creates an initial connection between the visitor and the luminary. The exhibit is open now through December 2023. Guests will be able to browse the exhibit during the gala.
