NEW ORLEANS (NOLA WEEKEND) - The New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival announced the daily music schedule and launched single-day ticket sales for the 2023 event scheduled for April 28 to April 30 and May 4 to May 7 at the Fair Grounds.
Jazz Fest producers unveiled the entire music lineup, including blues, gospel, traditional and contemporary jazz, Cajun, zydeco, Mardi Gras Indians, brass bands and social aid and pleasure clubs.
Last month, the festival announced the headlining acts that include Dead & Company, Ed Sheeran, Lizzo, Mumford & Sons, The Lumineers, Santana, Leon Bridges and Ludacris.
Other acts scheduled to perform include Jon Batiste, Jill Scott, Robert Plant & Alison Krauss, Kane Brown, H.E.R., Steve Miller Band, Tedeschi Trucks Band, Gary Clark Jr., Farruko, Trombone Shorty & Orleans Avenue, Kenny Loggins, Wu-Tang Clan + The Soul Rebels, The Revivalists, Jazmine Sullivan, Herbie Hancock, NE-YO, Big Freedia, Tom Jones, Buddy Guy, Irma Thomas and hundreds more.
VIP packages, general admission weekend passes, single-day tickets and travel packages are on sale now through www.nojazzfest.com. Early-bird pricing on general admission weekend passes and single-day tickets are available now through February 14.
Early-bird single-day advanced tickets cost $80 through Feb. 14 and advance tickets cost $85 through April 28. Jazz Fest daily tickets purchased at the gate cost $95 for adults and $5 for children ages 2 to 10.
VIP packages are weekend-specific and are valid for all days of the weekend purchased.
“Locals Thursday” returns allowing Louisiana residents to purchase $50 tickets at the gate on May 4. Festival-goers must present a valid ID, with up to two admissions per resident.
Festival-goers can also purchase early-bird three-day first-weekend passes for $225 through Feb. 14 or advance weekend passes for $240. Four-day, second-weekend passes are available for $275, at the early-bird rate through Feb. 14, or $290 at the advance ticket rate, while supplies last.
Started in 1970, Jazz Fest annually celebrates the unique culture and heritage of New Orleans and Louisiana, alongside unforgettable performances by nationally and internationally renowned guest artists.
