All About the 2022 Fifolet Halloween Festival

BATON ROUGE, La. (THE LOUISIANA WEEKEND) - Get your costumes ready, the Fifolet Halloween Festival starts tomorrow, October 27th.  The first event is a Zombie Pub Crawl that begins at 7:00pm at 3rd Street bars downtown Baton Rouge.  At this event, everybody dresses up like a zombie and goes to different pubs downtown.  There will be door prizes at each stop.  You must be 21+ to added the pub crawl.

The 2022 Fifolet Halloween Ball is Friday, October 28th from 8:00pm until 11:55pm at the Lod Cook LSU Alumni Center.  There will be a live performance by Petty Betty.  This year’s theme is Fifolet’s Believe It or Not”.  There will be a table decorating contest and a costume contest.  Food and beverages are provided by Unique Cuisine.  No outside food or beverages are allowed.  You must be 21+ to attend.

The 2022 Fifolet 5K costume race begins Saturday, October 29th at 8:00am at Riverfront Plaza.  Runners can choose from three different options.  There’s a one-mile fun run.  There’s a traditional 5K or if you’re feeling really ambitious, a 5K while carrying a pumpkin.  Pumpkins will be provided by the festival.

The Arts Market is from 8:00am until 4:00pm at Riverfront Plaza.  This is a family friendly event. There will be a pumpkin pie eating contest and a pumpkin carving contest.  As the arts market ends, the parade will begin.
