Main Street Market — BATON ROUGE, La. (THE LOUISIANA WEEKEND) - Chef Celeste Gill is the owner of Chef Celeste Bistro located inside of Main Street Market on 501 Main Street in Baton Rouge. She has been at staple at the Main Street Market for more than twenty years. Chef Celeste also owns 520 Spain event space in Baton Rouge.
Outside of operating her bistro, event space, and catering business, Chef Celeste is also a TV star. She has three TV shows, including “Cooking Up Louisiana Treasures” , “Southern Exposure With Chef Celeste” and “My Louisiana Kitchen”. The show “Cooking Up Louisiana Treasures” highlights agriculture in the state of Louisiana. She uses ingredients sourced in Louisiana in all of her cooking shows.
