Red Stick Social — BATON ROUGE, La. (THE LOUISIANA WEEKEND) - We love weekends. Monday generally signals the beginning of the work week. But in Baton Rouge, Monday is an extension of the weekend. If you want to socialize, listen to some great music, and eat some good food, then Red Beans & Rice Mondays are for you. The Michael Foster Project presents Red Bean & Rice Mondays at Red Stick Social every Monday evening. Tonight’s special guest performance is by Universal Language Band. Showtime is 6:30pm – 8:30pm. The best part about Red Beans & Rice Mondays….It’s FREE. The Red Beans and Rice dish is prepared by the head chef at Red Stick Social. Everyone in attendance gets a free bowl of Red Beans and Rice. Get there at 5:00pm for red beans rice. The concert is also free. Special guest performances change each Monday. Now, when you think of Monday, think of it as an extension of the weekend.
