You can join fellow outdoor enthusiasts throughout the year for a sunset paddle around the University Lakes!

Paddling a kayak or paddleboard is great exercise that lets you enjoy the outdoors.

BREC Outdoor Adventure’s sunset paddles make for a great evening to spend with friends or make new ones!

Enjoy The Sunset While Getting Great Exercise

BREC hosts sunset paddles on the University Lakes between April and September.

Most sunset paddles will start at 6:30 p.m. and end around 8 p.m.

The BREC Outdoor Adventure staff will guide paddlers around University Lake.

The cost of the event is $10 per single kayak, $20 per tandem kayak, and $25 per canoe.

Those with their own kayaks or paddleboards are welcome to join for free!

All of the sunset paddles are held at BREC’s Milford Wampold Memorial Park.

The park is located at 901 Stanford Avenue.

Upcoming Sunset Paddle Dates

You can reserve a kayak or canoe but must register in advance as space is limited. Paddlers must be 12 years of age or older to go by themselves.
