Now with a brand new location, the taco company has expanded its menu. Along with new items like dips and desserts, Gov’t Taco now offers a fully stocked bar.
In-house bartender, Devin Rogers, gives us an inside look at one of the restaurant’s most popular cocktails, a Spicy Paloma. This kickin’ cocktail includes mezcal, Ancho Reyes and freshly-squeezed lime and grapefruit juice.

Gov’t Taco incorporates an optional fire-spiced salt rim around each Spicy Paloma.
This is the perfect cocktail if your’re looking for a refreshing sip with a slight kick. But don’t worry! If you don’t do spicy, you can always order a classic Paloma. According to Gov’t Taco’s menu, it’s a cocktail that “hits the spot.”
