New Baton Rouge liquid nitrogen ice cream shop reopens for business

Just about one month into its opening, Creamistry Ice Cream Shop was closed due to COVID-19. Now, the liquid nitrogen ice cream shop is back up and running.

Creamistry announced the reopening on Facebook on May 25. It is one of many businesses that postponed reopening midway through Louisiana’s Phase One.

Creamistry is most commonly known for its “made-to-order” liquid nitrogen process. The rapidly freezing process makes Creamistry ice cream extremely smooth and creamy.

This new Perkins Rowe ice cream joint is open Monday – Sunday from Noon – 9 p.m.

With crispy, crunchy Chips Ahoy and Oreo cookies mixed in AND on top, there's only one thing we could have named this…
