LSU finishes in the top 40 of Collegiate Bass Fishing Championship

Three two-man teams with the LSU Bass Fishing Team finished in the top 40 of the BoatUS Collegiate Bass Fishing Championship presented by Bass Pro on Pickwick Lake in Florence, Ala.

A total of 206 boats competed in the two-day event held June 10 and 11, 2020. The three LSU teams caught a total of 82.15 pounds of bass.

Alec Lougque and Jordan Davenport finished in 13th place with a two-day total of 29.79 pounds.

Connor Turner and Jack Thomas finished in 31st place with a two-day total of 26.45 pounds.

Heath Pinell and Bryan Bergeron finished in 36th place with a two-day total of 25.91 pounds.
