Food network star and TV personality Guy Fieri has been named co-chair for Emeril Lagasse’s 2018 Boudin, Bourbon and Beer. Tickets are on sale now for the big boudin bash heading to Champions Square on Nov. 9.
The annual outdoor fundraiser will feature its biggest chef lineup yet, with more than 70 award-winning local and regional chefs. Some of the culinary stars include Nina Compton, Tory McPhail, Kristen Kish, Isaac Toups and more, who will join Chef Emeril Lagasse and co-chairs Donald Link, Stephen Stryjewski and Guy Fieri for a night of food, music and philanthropy.
In addition to top culinary talent, the fundraising event will feature bars stocked with a variety of local craft beers from Abita Beer and bourbon cocktails from Buffalo Trace. The bars will also feature premium spirits, fine wines and more.
The night under the stars will also showcase a cigar-tasting tent, as well as a silent auction curated by featured chefs.

Organizers say this year’s music lineup will be announced in September.
Last year, the sold-out event hosted a crowd of 5,000 guests. The event kicks off the Foundation’s two-night signature fundraising weekend and is followed by the wine auction and black-tie gala dinner, Carnivale du Vin. The 2017 fundraising weekend raised $3.5 million for children’s charities.
The signature event of chef Emeril Lagasse’s namesake non-profit, the Emeril Lagasse Foundation, allows the foundation to support culinary and nutrition education programs throughout the year.
