BR Blues Festival set for 25th annual event in downtown

The FREE Baton Rouge Blues Fest lineup has been released and will feature a few new faces, as well as some familiar ones.

Sixteen of this year’s performers have played the fest before.

Headlining the show is Mavis Staples, now in her eighth decade of singing the truth and using her voice as a means to impact our world and drive change.
