Speckled trout and redfish are now swimming into Louisiana’s coastal marshes.

Fishing Improves With The Weather

As conditions continue to improve and so does the fishing.

One place where this is particularly true is in the Biloxi Marsh on the east side of Lake Borgne.

We’re starting to see the transition take place with the speckled trout moving into the marsh more and more every day.

What To Look For

We’re seeing some good catches in the Biloxi Marsh. The big key is to stay in your drop-offs right now.

These fish are moving up and down pretty frequently. Always look for the trinity: clean water, moving water, and bait in the water.
